FREEDOM SIGNS, LLC, is run and operated by John McElvey. John began his
career in the sign industry in a family-owned sign business in Chantilly, Virginia.
He started out working with producing screens and screen printing textiles and
moved into the production and design of vinyl-cut signs. After leaving the
family business, John moved on to work for other big and small sign companies in Northern Virginia. With his years of
experience, it didn’t take long to move from sign production to production
manager to general manager. Along the way John honed his sign-making expertise
and expanded his set of skills in areas like managing, marketing, large-format
digital printing, wood working and even neon-sign making.
FREEDOM SIGNS, LLC, offers the latest technology in
large-format digital printing. The life-span of products is greatly extended
using this solvent ink technology opposed to pigment-based ink technology. The
availability of a drive-in bay, allows for lettering of any type of vehicles in
any weather and season.
FREEDOM SIGNS, LLC, provides textile embroidery
services to its customers as well. Offering apparel sporting the company
name is a great advertising as well as identification tool. We will be able to
embroider logos and straight-line copy on just about any fabric.
